Our weekly educational schedule is designed to provide residents with a balanced and comprehensive academic experience that complements operative training. Through structured conferences, multidisciplinary collaboration, hands-on learning, and faculty-led didactics, residents engage in continuous professional and surgical development throughout the week.

The curriculum includes core teaching conferences, indications and preoperative planning discussions, journal clubs, morbidity and mortality conference, cadaver and simulation opportunities, visiting professor lectures, and interdisciplinary educational sessions. Protected academic time fosters an environment of inquiry, collaboration, and mentorship while supporting resident wellness and lifelong learning.
