Dr. Richard Zienowicz is an Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery at Brown University and currently specializes in breast and cosmetic surgery. He earned his medical degree at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and completed his residency in general surgery at Berkshire Medical Center and plastic surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. He also completed a fellowship in hand and microsurgery surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Dr. Zienowicz is a member of the Plastic Surgery Research Council and the American Association of Plastic Surgeons. He is an organizer of the Italian-American Plastic Surgery Congress, recent past-president of the New England Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He is a guest examiner for the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Zienowicz has performed live surgery in front of over 400 surgeons from more than 20 countries at the world’s most prestigious plastic surgery event held annually in Atlanta, Georgia. He has also been featured in Rhode Island Monthly, Castle Connolly, and the New York Times.
